General Conditions

The prices of the tours can be arranged directly with the customers upon reservation. As for the chauffeur services, with the exception of customized transfers, the minimum duration of a tour is four hours. 
For the wine tours and guided visits on request, you must make a reservation 48 hours prior to the time of departure.
Transportation services from or to airports have a price that is shown on the devoted page.
For direct transfers outside of the urban area (without stops), the price is calculated on a per kilometer basis.

Additions

Stops

If your car service exceeds more than one hour the reserved time, you must pay € 10.00 per every extra hour (for example, in case of a delayed flight).
This same price of  € 10.00 is also requested in any case when a stop is requested by the customer for museums, restaurants, commercial centers, wine tours, etc.
When the stop is less than one hour but more than 20 minutes, you still have to pay the price of  € 10.00.

Night service

For services requested between 10:00 pm and 07:00 am, we charge € 15.00 and equal to 15 € per hour. 

Special luggage transportation

Every customer is allowed to bring one piece of luggage not weighing over 25kg.
Any animals must be declared at the time of the reservation in order to take the appropriate measures to make the animals comfortable in travel, and to avoid damage to the car.
Check upon your departure that you have all of your belongings with you; all bags and belongings are the responsibility of the passengers, and we do not assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items. 

Cancellations

The customer has the right to cancel the reservations by fax or email any time within three days after the reservation is made. 
After three days from the confirmation of the reservation – the following charges can be applied:

• 50% of the arranged total must be paid if the reservation is cancelled 48 hours before the initial service
• 75% of the arranged total must be paid if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours before the initial service
• 100% of the arranged total must be paid if the reservation is cancelled after 24 hours before the initial service

Regulations for airport transfers

In the case of a cancelled flight or time change that is not communicated, you lose the right to have the vehicle at your disposal and a 100% charge will be applied. In the case of a flight delayed by over 30 minutes, not communicated in time to postpone the departure of the vehicle, the waiting time will be calculated on the basis of the prices agreed with the client.
